JAIN (Deemed University) offers a broad spectrum of undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programs. Established in 1990 as SBMJC and deemed a university for the past 9 years, JAIN has made significant strides in the academic domain, reflected in its NIRF Ranking (2023) where it stands 68th overall, with its Faculty of Engineering and Technology at 115th and the CMS Business School at 85th in India.

Some key programs offered are:

BA (Journalism and Mass Communication): The university's BA in Journalism and Mass Communication is designed to provide students with practical skills and theoretical knowledge. The program includes value-added courses such as Graphic Design and Photography in the first two semesters, a Certified Programme in Advertising and PR in the third and fourth semesters, and intensive practical training in the final year. Admission is based on a written test followed by a personal interview, with an application fee of Rs. 600.

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech): JAIN's B.Tech program stands out for its wide range of disciplines, including Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Science & Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, and Aeronautical Engineering. These courses offer specializations in cutting-edge areas such as Mechatronics, 3D Printing, Robotics, Smart & Hybrid Vehicle Technology, Embedded Systems, and Artificial Intelligence, among others. Collaborations with industry giants like Toyota, Texas Instruments, and Siemens enhance the learning experience. Admissions are conducted in two phases: a written test and counseling session, and for passed-out students, based on the overall percentage in Class 12/PUC.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA): The BBA program at JAIN is designed to offer a comprehensive business education with value-added programs like Toastmasters and CAT Training. It also includes the unique Tri-City Industry Immersion Program, which spans India, China, and Germany, providing students with international exposure and practical insights into various industries. The program offers dual qualifications in areas such as Finance, Marketing, HR, Family Managed Business, Entrepreneurship, and Event Management, catering to a wide array of career aspirations. Admission to the BBA program involves a written test, group discussion, and personal interview.

Many other programs are offered besides the above by the University at the UG-level.

The last date to apply is 08th April 2024.  Mode of admission is via the Jain Univ Entrance Test.
